How it Works

The AbsoluteProof Connector for eCopy ShareScan OP integrates directly into the eCopy ShareScan OP solution and seamlessly affixes a cryptographic timestamp token or Surety Integrity Seal™ (Seal) to each scanned paper document, form or e-document, thus providing independent proof that they have not been altered since being saved.

All captured documents are automatically and transparently Sealed by AbsoluteProof, ensuring integrity and eliminating the chance of error by internal users or attempts to work around the secure system.

In the event of an audit, legal discovery or other third-party request, an organization using The AbsoluteProof Connector for eCopy ShareScan OP has assurance that all scanned content including imaged paper documents, forms, electronic documents, imported emails and attachments have not been tampered with or altered in any way.

The independence of the Surety solution means that confidential documents Sealed by AbsoluteProof are never compromised since only a cryptographic hash of the document leave the eCopy ShareScan OP solution during the sealing process.
