The AbsoluteProof Connector for Kofax Ascent Capture integrates directly into the Kofax Ascent Capture Information Capture solution and seamlessly affixes a cryptographic timestamp token or Surety Integrity Seal™ (Seal) to each scanned paper document, form or e-document, thus providing independent proof that they have not been altered since being saved.

All captured documents are automatically and transparently Sealed by AbsoluteProof, ensuring integrity and eliminating the chance of error by internal users or attempts to work around the secure system.

In the event of an audit, legal discovery or other third-party request, an organization using The AbsoluteProof Connector for Kofax Ascent Capture has assurance that all scanned content including imaged paper documents, forms, electronic documents, imported emails and attachments have not been tampered with or altered in any way.
