The AbsoluteProof Connector for Open Text Livelink operates inside the Livelink workflow and enables customers to seamlessly and cost effectively Seal electronic records so that they may be authenticated throughout their chain of custody.

AbsoluteProof Connector enables Livelink customers to decide where in the workflow they wish to Seal and protect electronic records. A call is automatically made to Surety’s data center where a Seal is affixed, thus enabling Livelink customers to prove that their records are authentic and can withstand any legal or regulatory challenge.

In the event of an audit, legal discovery or other third-party request, customers using this content security solution have assurance that the record has not been tampered or altered in any way.

The AbsoluteProof Connector enables Open Text customers to meet their long-term retention and integrity needs and also irrefutably prove the authenticity of their records in litigation, regardless of technology obsolescence, worker turnover and changing business processes.
