How It Works

  • AbsoluteProof works as part of a workflow in the background of the DocuShare platform
  • AbsoluteProof automatically hashes electronic records inside DocuShare
  • Hash is sent to Surety’s AbsoluteProof service over a secure Internet connection
  • Client receives the cryptographic token (Integrity Seal) from Surety
  • Seal is stored in a repository or as a metadata with the electronic record
  • Validate the Seal to prove that the documents and files are accurate and have not been tampered
  • Any 3rd party can validate the content of the Seal with the freely available AbsoluteProof Viewer

Licensing

  • AbsoluteProof for FileNet Xerox DocuShare requires 1 license per seat
  • Licenses can be purchased for 1 or 2 years
  • Unlimited timestamp transactions for the license duration
