Surety’s Legal Defensibility Guarantee
For all customers, Surety guarantees that:
- A file properly sealed by Surety’s AbsoluteProof service in accordance with the documentation can be demonstrated to have existed in its intended state, at the moment it was sealed, and has not been changed since being properly sealed
- Surety’s time stamps cannot be forged
- Surety’s time stamps can be independently proven accurate
- Surety’s time stamps last the lifetime of the record to which they are linked
- Surety’s time stamps cannot be invalidated or compromised
